		<description><![CDATA[I noticed when reading the sweeps rules that if you are a Canadian winner you have to answer a math question in order to win.  If you are selected and can not correctly answer the question then the plane is awarded to an alternate winner.  What is the reason behind this?  I am not Canadian but if I won and could not answer the question I would be very upset.]]></description>
