I agree with what looks like the majority of commentors: None of the schemes are very good. I like the 2003-2006 cessna 182 paint schemes much better.

I liked number one because it has a cityscape and a tree showing the two extremes of where we fly. Even if we are country boys, we need to learn how to navigate in Class B airspace! It has my vote!

All four designs are just too busy. My HawkXP has the original 1977 design, and while it is admittedly conservative I get comments on the ramp everywhere I go. The background is Vestal white with the big triangular stripe being Tropical Orange and the trim is deep brown that Cessna called bronze something (I forget now). Its a simple scheme and easy to maintain if need be!! Your designs are just way too complicated and busy!! Sorry to be negative but thats the way I look at it.

Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the selection of the paint scheme. All of the selections are beautiful in their own way.

I voted for option # 4 because it looked like it would be the most visible to another aircraft. Option # 1 is probably the most unique and would have been my selection but for the fact that it was so busy it might have the effect of breaking up the outline of the airplane and thereby reducing its visibility to other airplanes. But then again maybe it would have the opposite affect when viewed against a solid color sky! Maybe I should have voted for option # 1.

In any event thanks for the opportunity to participate.

The colors selected could be much better. This is my opinion and I also know this is set in stone at this point buut I could not help but comment.

Take a look at the colors most liked by people in general and go from there. At the least this would be a better approach than what I see for this nice plane.

Unless the plane is going to be tied down on a dusty strip in the desert almost anything would be better than these colors. There are plenty of colors proving adiquate contrast to ground and sky to make this beauty stand out like a diamond.
