		<description><![CDATA[In my opinion,(every body has one), I think the pilot tried to climb as rapidily as possible and his pitch angle was so high that he picked up ice on the under side of the wing where deicing has no effect.  when the wing stalled, the engine was running at maximum which would spin the airplane.  The pilot probabley didn&#039;t have any spin training and didn&#039;t know how to recover the upset.]]></description>
