I just soloed; so, I’m still in the beginning with my trainer. But I love that little Cessna 152! I go to FAA safety meetings and when the speaker wants to refer to a simple beginner plane, he always uses the C172 as an example. It makes me wonder, “Is my 152 even lower than the lowest rung on the airplane ladder?” Since I just soloed at the age of 60, I don’t have a lot of grandiose aviation goals. I just want to be the best C152 pilot I can be.

my first aeroplane that i went solo in was and ASK-21 germen glider in canada, but my first Glider i owned was a Ka 6 CR i brought before i had my dirvers licence and i was 17.

I bought N5557J, She is still basedin the Houston area. I am finishing my trianing with her, and she still flys great.

N5557J was actually at my home airport in Houston but has recently been sold.
