If this pans out to be true all airlines will have to raise their salary and conditions in order to attract the small number of available pilots.]]></description>

Whenever I get asked that question I give the same advice I was given many years ago. &quot;Whatever job you are doing now always be as professional as you can. Treat every flight as if it were a check flight. When you are good at what you do the opportunities will present themselves.
