		<description><![CDATA[IF I were the sole owner, with sole access to a hangared a/c, then I&#039;d much prefer to preflight, load baggage, organize charts, headsets, and the rest of the cockpit, and add fuel if necessary, the night before a flight when I have all the time in the world and no distractions from passengers, line guys, etc. I&#039;d still visually check the tires, sump the fuel, and check the oil one more time before departure.]]></description>
