I just wanted to let you know that it’s still flying and has given me countless happy hours and experiences. It’s based in the northeast, at 4B8 in Plainville Connecticut, where it’s given the very best of care. I’d love to hear from you to find out how long your father owned it and where it flew while you had it. (As you can see from the other photo attached to your blog, it’s been to Airventure in Oshkosh. Actually quite a few times — this would have been it’s 17th year flying in except for the flooding on the field. In view of that, it sat on the ground in Valparaiso IN for the week while my boyfriend and I drove in to OSH. But there’s always next year!)

Speaking of Utah, I took one of my first lessons in Salt Lake City while I was there for a trip, and flew into Heber City . . . also stunning.

I imagine it’s hard to to go wrong flying anywhere in Utah.
