The situation is critical for most Czech S-LSA manufacturers, they seek funds up-font from customers fo finance their production.
Don’t do it, you can be out of your money and have little recourse to ever see it.
In real bad situation is Evektor, beware.
They are being sued for $14m by their former importer Sport Aircraft Inc. and by their former Acting President of their subsidiary Evektor Aircraft Inc. (Florida, USA).
Avoid the worries, the nighmares, just avoid Evektor and other Czech S-LSA products.
