I think the graphical airmet pages are great and I use them all the time. But what do the icing labels (eg. 200 over 100/060) mean. I know it's talking about expected bottom and top layers for expected icing, but what is the third number. I've asked a lot of "experts" and searched for an explanation in the keys, and have yet to get a definitive answer. Do you know exactly what is being displayed?

Great tool. I was a big fan of the experimental Aviation Weather Overlay product, for its graphical depiction of AIRMETs, SIGMETs, etc. all together. This takes it another step. Thanks for publicizing!
